Profile congruence is determined by comparing the three letters in the Test Taker's RIASEC profile to the RIASEC profile of the job family. Green (3) = three letters are in common, in any order; Yellow (2) = two letters are in common, in any order; and Red (1) = one letter or less in common. 

The first two letters of the job profile match: Green (3) = the first two letters of the test taker profile in any order, Yellow (2) = any two of the three letters of the test taker profile in any order, Red (1) = less than two letters. 

The three letters of the test taker profile match: Green (3) = three letters of the job profile in any order, Yellow (2) = two letters of the job profile in any order, Red (1) = less than two letters. 

The overall score equals the One-Letter Match score plus the Two-Letter Match score.
