The first or second letter of the job profile matches: Score of 3 = the first letter of the test taker profile, Score of 2 = the second letter of the test taker profile (and not the first), Score of 1 = neither the first nor the second letter.

Profile congruence is determined by comparing the three letters in the Test Taker's RIASEC profile to the RIASEC profile of the job family. Green (3) = three letters are in common, in any order; Yellow (2) = two letters are in common, in any order; and Red (1) = one letter or less in common. 

The first two letters of the job profile match: Score of 3 = the first two letters of the test taker profile in any order, Score of 2 = any two of the three letters of the test taker profile in any order, Score of 1 = less than two letters. 

The three letters of the test taker profile match: Green (3) = three letters of the job profile in any order, Yellow (2) = two letters of the job profile in any order, Red (1) = less than two letters. 

The overall score equals the One-Letter Match score plus the Two-Letter Match score.
